I have been using Thermomix for more than 6 years. Cooking with Thermomix is part of my daily routine, and I am thrilled to share my passion and experience with all my relatives, friends and customers.
I have told the owners of Fantan, Merry and Victor, that I wish I could have known such a wonderful appliance early in my career, it would have saved me a lot of time in preparing my creations. I appreciate Merry, Victor, my beloved husband, Harry Weisschnur, my parents, James and Julie Chan, my kids, Ming and Ting, and my computer instructor, Conan Han, for all their supports over the years.
Over the past few years, many of my friends and customers motivated and encouraged me to publish my collection of recipes over the years. My focus has always been on multi-cultural and nutritious homemade meals, and I’ve tried my best to ‘’Eat Local Food“. My recipes are not fancy, but practical and healthy driven, my goal is to be able to share my passion, so please do not hesitate to give me your feedback and suggestions.
